Jim Derry is the new Chairman of U.S National Fastener Distributors Association. He has 19 years of experience in the fastener industry. Before that, he has been involved in NFDA affairs including being one of the Board of Directors. He`s now the president of Field Fastener. As a new Chairman, Derry plans to use his specialty to help NFDA adapt to the challenging and changing market environment. His focus will be on helping the association to develop more profiting sources and add new service lines and on helping the association go into global scale.
