NORTH MANKATO — The North Mankato City Council has made it easier for Building Fasteners to build a new 16,000 square-foot building inside Northport Industrial Park.
Council members approved a replat on Tuesday for 2 acres inside the park near Howard Drive West. Building Fasteners bought the land from the North Mankato Port Authority for $120,000 last month. (…)
