Crescent Manufacturing is pleased to announce that it recently acquired the major assets including extensive machinery, a broad range of heading and threading tooling, the customer list and files of Perfection Screw and Rivet. Perfection Screw and Rivet was founded in 1952 and produced thousands of different cold headed parts for a wide range of hundreds of customers.
