On February 27, the European Commission has released that the anti-dumping measure against China’s certain iron/steel fasteners would be abolished, which extendedly included the fasteners transshipping from Malaysia to EU market, in regardless of whether the fasteners were claimed to be produced by Malaysia or not.
EU’s abolishment of the fastener anti-dumping duty complied with WTO’s Compliance Report on this case. It was noted that the abolishment of duty would formally put into effect on February 29. However, the duty imposed before the date would remain the same. (…)
