Nearly every year since Chris LiCausi started at Field, he’s spent a week of paid time off volunteering for Habitat for Humanity in Starkville, Miss. LiCausi says that benefit lured him to the Illinois-based global distributor of fasteners and inventory management solutions eight years ago, and he’s been proud to take advantage of it ever since.
