Fastenal – No. 6 on MDM’s 2016 Market Leaders list for industrial distributors and also one of the top fasteners distributors – agreed to acquire industrial and fastener distributor Manufacturer’s Supply Co., Hudsonville, MI.
Mansco, which reported sales of $50 million in 2016, specializes in commercial furniture OEM fasteners, an area of future growth for Fastenal.(…)
