BOSTON, April 2, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ — STAG Industrial, Inc. STAG -0.85% announces the acquisition of a $13.1 million, approximately 414,043 square foot, warehouse and distribution facility located in Portland, Tennessee.
The building was constructed in 1993 and renovated in 2008. The property is 100% leased to RB Distribution, Inc., a subsidiary of Dorman Products, Inc., under a lease with approximately 6 years of remaining term. The lease is guaranteed by Dorman Products, Inc. Dorman Products, Inc. supplies original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive replacement parts and fasteners and service line products primarily for the automotive aftermarket.
This acquisition brings STAG’s total acquisition volume to approximately $165 million since its IPO in April 2011. (…)
