Three Atlas Copco companies have signed an agreement to acquire all entities of self-pierce riveting specialist Henrob, based in Flintshire and with facilities in the USA with a turnover equivalent to $160 million in the last financial year, just reported.Atlas Copco UK Holding, Atlas Copco North America and Atlas Copco Asia are the three Atlas Copco signatories to the agreement which is subject to certain governmental approvals but is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2014.(…)
