B/E Aerospace said it has been selected by several Chinese airlines – including Air China, China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines – to equip their commercial fleets with seating products, food and beverage preparation and storage equipment.

The deal is initially valued at about $200 million.

“These awards have allowed us to further expand our leading aircraft interior products market share position in the Chinese market, the world’s fastest growing commercial aircraft market,” B/E Aerospace Chairman and CEO Amin J. Khoury said.

The Wellington-based manufacturer of aircraft cabin interior products, (NASDAQ: BEAV) is expected to announce its earnings Wednesday morning.

The company has been on an acquisition binge. In October, it said it had signed an agreement with the shareholders of TSI Group to acquire the thermal management company. It also announced another deal to acquire Satair A/S’s aerospace fastener distribution business …
