The Bossard Group has completed the acquisition of Arnold Industries announced on October 21, 2016. With the acquisition, the Bossard Group is further expanding its presence in the USA into the Northeast. Arnold Industries has approximately 100 employees and generates USD 40 million in sales annually. (…)
