Peggy Hsieh of Brighton-Best International announced the acquisition of Porteous Fastener Company.
The deal has long been widely mentioned in the industry rumor mill. Hsieh explained the companies did not comment previously because of nondisclosure agreements.
The acquisition puts together two major importers.
