As previously announced, Bufab agreed on June 3 to acquire 100% of the shares in HT BENDIX A/S, a leading Danish C parts Supply Chain Partner in the Nordics. HT BENDIX has a strong expertise in furniture & fittings industries and with yearly sales of approximately SEK 500 million (DKK 345 million). Today, Bufab is pleased to announce the formal completion of the acquisition, after receiving the necessary authority approvals.(…)
