On September 23rd, 2011, Canada made a final ruling with respect to the mid-term anti-dumping review on China’s carbon steel and stainless steel fasteners which confirmed the normal value of six Chinese enterprises; they were Gem-Year Industrial Co., Ltd, JC Grand (China) Corporation, Jiaxing Fengjian Hardware Products Co., Ltd, Qingdao Top Steel Ind.
