Doughty Hanson, which acquired Hellermann in 2006, is now said to be planning an IPO.
Hellermann has a manufacturing and design base at Sharston Green Business Park in Manchester.
The firm’s core activity is making plastic ties for fastening cables and it has a range of more than 20,000 products. It employs more than 2,600 people worldwide. (…)
