The buyout firm Doughty Hanson is revisiting a sale of Hellermann Tyton, one of Britain’s largest privately-owned manufacturers, after a series of takeover approaches that could value it at close to £1bn.
I have learned that Doughty has appointed DC Advisory Partners, a leading City practice, to consider strategic options for HellermannTyton, which has factories in Manchester and Plymouth.
