Taking effect on 1 May 2015, the Central Managing Board of the Würth Group will be rearranged. As before, the body consists of four people. Robert Friedmann remains Chairman of the Central Managing Board. Peter Zürn remains the Deputy Chairman and Joachim Kaltmaier will be responsible for the entire area of finance. To strengthen both the Würth Line and the functions of central importance to the Würth Line, Bernd Herrmann was appointed for the fields of IT, e-business, logistics and IT processes.(…)
