Harbour Group acquired Hialeah, Fla.-based CPS Products Inc., which manufactures tools, equipment and instruments used by professional technicians who service commercial HVAC and automotive air conditioning systems.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Jeff Fox, Harbour Group’s chairman and CEO, said in a statement, “there are excellent opportunities to acquire other companies with strong technology in the HVAC/R industry to build an even stronger industry leader.”
