Herndon Products Inc. announced Monday it acquired MS Inserts & Fasteners Corp. and Thread Kits Co., expanding the O’Fallon, Missouri-based distributor’s supply chain management capacities in aviation and aerospace.
Privately held MS Inserts & Fasteners Corp. owned Thread Kits, both based in Torrance, California.
Herndon Chief Financial Officer Gerry Modglin declined to disclose the dollar amount of the deal, which was completed June 25. Modglin said Bryan Cave provided Herndon with legal advice for the acquisition. (…)
