Hillman Cos. Inc. has acquired Servalite, an East Moline, Ill.-based distributor of fasteners and hardware.
Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed. According to a press release, Servalite specializes in speciality fasteners and
“hard-to-find” hardware parts. The company had 2009 revenues of more than $20 million.
Servalite was founded in 1979 by Tom and Jennifer Rowe, who will remain on with the company. It wasn’t immediately clear how many total workers are employeed by Servalite…
