Angelo, Gordon & Co. purchased the Forest Park, Cincinnati, Ohio industrial building occupied by the the Hillman Group for $16.5 million.
The 335,700-square-foot building, located at 1700 Carillon Blvd., is 100 percent occupied by the Hillman Group, a distributor of all types of fasteners, keys, letters, numbers, signs and engraving.
