Aug 04, 2011(SeeNews) – Aug 4, 2011 – French precision-turned parts maker Preciturn has been acquired by Indian automotive equipment manufacturer Ruia, the French company announced today.
On August 1, after four months of negotiations, Ruia took full control over Preciturn and its units in Thiers, Auvergne department, and Monistrol-sur-Loire, which employ nearly 200 people, Preciturn said in a statement.
Ruia intends to keep all of Preciturn’s current employees, Preciturn CEO Mathieu Burthey told AFP.
The acquisition is part of Ruia’s strategy to expand on the European market.[…]
