Preciturn is producing screws in the ex-factory of Lisi in Monistrol sur Loire, delivering directly to Renault and Peugeot.
With that move, Ruia is expanding his global presence in Europe in the Fastener Industry.

(SeeNews) – Aug 4, 2011 – French precision-turned parts maker Preciturn has been acquired by Indian automotive equipment manufacturer Ruia, the French company announced today.
On August 1, after four months of negotiations, Ruia took full control over Preciturn and its units in Thiers, Auvergne department, and Monistrol-sur-Loire, which employ nearly 200 people, Preciturn said in a statement.
Ruia intends to keep all of Preciturn’s current employees, Preciturn CEO Mathieu Burthey told AFP.
The acquisition is part of Ruia’s strategy to expand on the European market.[…]
