Building on the success of the Fastener Fair brand in Germany, Brazil, India, Thailand and Russia, Mack Brooks Exhibitions has announced further global expansion with a new edition of the trade show in Mexico next year.
Fastener Fair Mexico will take place at Centro Banamex in Mexico City from 12-13 March 2014.
Mexico is the second largest economy in Latin America and one of the fastest developing
markets in the world offering many business opportunities for the fastener and fixings industry. Mexico’s strong domestic demand and exports are increasing at a fast rate. The country is also part of NAFTA and has 12 free trade agreements with 44 countries.
Major industries in Mexico include automotive, electronics, iron and steel, petroleum, energy and construction. These growing industry sectors as well as the major infrastructure projects taking place across the country offer companies in the fastener and fixing sector ample business opportunity.
“The rapid economic development in Mexico has resulted in increasing demands from companies in the fastenings and fixings sector to approach this important market. This led us to launch a new Fastener Fair in Mexico City, Mexico’s commercial centre known for its strong industrial and trade capacity. For companies in the fastener and fixings sector it is the best place to approach this buoyant market,” says Candyce Costa, Exhibition Manager Fastener Fair Mexico, on behalf of the organisers, Mack Brooks Exhibitions.
The exhibition profile of Fastener Fair Mexico covers industrial fasteners and fixings, construction fixings, assembly and installation systems, fastener manufacturing technology as well as storage and logistics services. As the dedicated market place for the fastener and fixings industry in Mexico, the exhibition will provide buying and networking opportunities for distributors, suppliers, engineers and industry professionals. Furthermore, the event will offer a perfect business platform for trade professionals to establish both commercial partnerships and new contacts within Central America. For international exhibitors, it will offer an opportunity to approach this buoyant growth market and to establish business relations, both with customers and with potential local agents and partners.
