9:38 a.m. CDT, September 27, 2012A manufacturer of highly engineered springs and fasteners has moved its corporate headquarters to suburban Rosemont from central Indiana.
The move by MW Industries Inc. will bring only 15 jobs to the Chicago area, but it gives Illinois economic officials something to brag about in its competition with neighboring Indiana for corporate headquarters. Indiana launched a marketing effort last year to persuade Illinois companies to cross the state line.
