Chicago, IL – November 1, 2014 – Monroe Engineering LLC (“Monroe”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Northwest Fastener Sales, Inc. (“Northwest”). The transaction is the third add-on acquisition for Monroe since June 2011. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
