From June 23 to 27, Pascal Ronot and Susanne Kuehnhardt, purchasing managers of headquarter and Mellrichstadt site went to China meeting with their counterpart from Shanghai site, Mrs. GuoDang. Together they discussed the forecast purchases in 2015 and goals for the coming months, the opportunity to greet site’s performance over the past year.
They then visited the factory and note the efforts made on the 5S, which led to great progress in terms of cleanliness, storage and efficiency. New investments in equipment were also examined with interest.
