Perryman Co. is expanding its footprint in the medical market with a downstream acquisition.
Privately held Perryman Co., also based in Houston and which supplies titanium ingot, bar, coil, fine wire, net shapes and hot-rolled products, didn’t disclose the price it paid for the new operation, which has about 80 employees.
