Semblex Corporation, a manufacturer of fasteners and cold-headed components for the automotive, commercial, and distribution markets, has announced that the company has been acquired by Jinhap Co., Ltd. of South Korea. Founded in 1968, Semblex has most recently been privately owned by the Daniel P. Haerther Charitable Trust following the passing of Mr. Haerther in 2007. The transaction closed on February 3, 2014.
