Senco Brands has acquired Expandet A/S, a family-run manufacturer of fasteners used in professional and do-it-yourself building applications throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1955 by the Mortensen family, the business is based in Graested, Denmark.
The Expandet business will report to Peter van der Wel, president of Senco Brands International.
