On Dec. 18th, 2012, South Africa made a final ruling on Chinese hexagon head screws that though the domestic industry in South Africa suffered material injury, the involved products from China didn’t post dumping; therefore, South Africa decided to terminate AD investigation on Chinese hex head screws.
