IOLA, Kan., Jan. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Gary E. Sullo, President of Tramec, LLC, announces that Tramec Sloan has acquired Crawford Machine, Inc. (CMI), a leading producer of brass components and related air assemblies used throughout the Tractor and Trailer Markets in the United States, Canada and Mexico. CMI, located in Galion, Ohio, employs 135 people, and was founded in 2001 by Hank Hessey and his family. CMI’s customers include the top North American tractor/trailer manufacturers, chassis manufacturers and industrial distribution companies servicing various industrial markets.
