Quarter 1
A new organizational structure was introduced on 1 January 2014, to ensure the company’s lasting flexibility, speed and customer focus. The Group is divided into three focused segments and six divisions, all of which receive support from the cross-departmental Technology and Services units.
Quarter 1
A new factory was built in Nansha, in the Guangzhou metropolitan area (China). It serves as a hub for the Automotive, Riveting and Industrial divisions as well as an operating base for the SFS unimarket team in China. (…)
