CELO S.A has announced that on 31st December 2015 it acquired 100% ownership of Trident Fasteners Inc, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA.
An independent family owned business, Trident began as a division of Keeler Brass – a well known Grand Rapids manufacturing business for more than 100 years. Today Trident custom manufactures cold formed products, from M5 to M12 diameter, almost exclusively for automotive tier two and three producers. (…)
