Zabaykalsky FAS has recognized improper advertising of the fastener with the image of the feet of a hanged man, the banners which were installed in Chita. The decision is published on the website of the Federal Antimonopoly service.
“To recognize of inappropriate outdoor advertising as follows: “Our fasteners will not fail!” with a picture hanging from the ceiling of man’s foot”, – says the decision of the FAS. The Committee of the Department, having considered the circumstances of the case, found that the advertisement violates the requirements of the law on advertising. (…)
