Senco Brands International, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, has acquired Expandet A/S, the family run fixings manufacturer based at Graested, Denmark.
The acquisition took immediate effect in August; terms have not been disclosed. Expandet was founded by the Mortensen family in 1955. Since 1983, when they took over the business from their father, the company has been operated by Laus Mortensen and Lene Mortensen. (…)
