ARaymond in Brazil has achieved ISO TS16949:2009 recertification and maintained a site expansion program.
The quality management team continued working on the quality management system while it was involved in a major site expansion project.
Despite considerable interference in all processes while the site doubled in size from 5,000 m² to 10,000 m² the team met the requirements for recertification with no non-conformances. At the same time ARaymond Brazil quality management team also maintained a high level of quality and service to all customers. (…)
