Aircraft supplier B/E Aerospace Inc. said Monday that it plans to buy UFC Aerospace Corp. for about $400 million to expand its portfolio of services for the aviation industry.
B/E Aerospace also raised its profit forecast for 2012 by 10 cents per share to $2.75 per share to account for the addition of UFC to the company.(…)
