California businesses are used to grappling with some of the most stringent and complex labor laws in the nation.
And if you’re a business owner or human resources manager, negotiating your way through this minefield of regulations without getting sued can be tough.
To that end, the California Chamber of Commerce has compiled a list of “The Top 10 Things Employers Do to Get Sued.” The list details some of the mistakes that could lead to employment lawsuits.
