Dörken MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG, parent company of Dörken Corporation USA, introduces a coating system that provides fasteners with high performance and black corrosion protection. The coating, an addition to the black coatings of the Delta-MKS product series, consists of the matt zinc flake basecoat Delta-Protekt KL 120 and the water-based black topcoats Delta-protekt VH 321 GZ and VH 322 GZ.
These coatings provide effective reduction of white corrosion, suitable adhesion and resistance to abrasion while meeting the respective coefficients of friction, the company says. The system was developed specifically for screws and other fasteners for use in the automotive industry.(…)
