Dokka cap screws
These socket head capscrews are provided to the ISO4762 standard in sizes from M16 to M36 in both property classes 8.8 and 10.9. They are of- fered in both hot dip galvanized finish or plain. The Fast Track process was launched in January of 2013, and includes hex bolts manufactured to ISO4014/4017, property classes 8.8 and 10.9, in diameters M16 to M48. Fast Track was de- signed to provide our customers with the shortest lead times possible for your large diameter bolts in the lower volumes you require. By way of a simple phone call or email, we can produce your parts immediately and turn the order around to you very quickly, generally within 2 to 14 days. The Fast Track system is supported by a disci- plined inventory management process of high quality headed blanks in various diameters and lengths. Once the order is received, production is immediately initiated to ensure on time deliv- ery. The parts are made to your specific material, length, and finish requirements, fully inspected by our ISO-registered quality system, and shipped to your facility. All raw material for this program has been exclusively provided from mills in Eu- rope and in the U.S. The Dokka Fasteners Fast Track process features our own in-house Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) process to further en- sure your product is shipped when you need it.
