The regulation confirms the application of 85% duty on certain steel fasteners from Malaysia, including on imports registered by customs authorities since the initiation of the investigation in October 2010. Eight Malaysian exporters have been granted exemption from the duties but importers will need to ensure documentation on imports from these companies conforms to the Regulation’s requirements.
