Colombo Giovanni & Figli., an automatic turning company specialized in the production of high quality turned parts (www.colombotorneria.it), with the aim give a boost to its globalization process on the international markets is recently become part of a 6 companies group, called METALFASTENER GROUP (www.metalfastener.it). This collaboration, has allowed the company to increase its presence on the international markets also thanks to the participation at international exhibitions such as the Fastener Fair in Stuttgart in 2011, the Fastener Fair in Brazil in 2011, the Fastener Fair in Hannover in 2012, and the already planned participation to the ELMIA Subcontractor exhibition in Jonkoping (Sweden) and the Fastener Fair in Stuttgart. In such a difficult period as the actual one is, Colombo Giovanni & Figli is intensifying even more its effort on the international markets, that actually cover 60% of its total turnover, and on the continuous improvement of its quality standard and customer service & satisfaction by the renewal for the 15th year of its ISO 9001:2008 certification by the recent installation of a new software for the “in production” Statistical Process Control (SPC) and of a new high resolution cameras machine to perform a 100% check of the produced parts.
