The HECO-UNIX is a patented full-thread screw with contraction effect. HECO explains that thanks to HECO-UNIX’s unique geometry with versatile thread pitch, it combines the features of a part-thread screw with the advantages of a full-thread screw. The HECO-UNIX reveals a range of universal and versatile features making it suitable for a wide selection of applications. HECO offers national technical approvals for all product ranges in the form of national or European Technical Approval (ETA). The company also provides a range including screws measuring between 2.5mm and 20mm in diameter and 10mm and 500mm in length.

Small in size but big in features
Heinz Soyer GmbH specialises in fastening and joining technology and will be exhibiting its small, portable and versatile BMS-9 stud welder at Fastener Fair Stuttgart. One of the features of the stud welder is the PS-9 stud welding gun. This welding gun is equipped with a circular, multi-coloured LED display that shows the current operating status from any angle. The green LED display on the welding gun tells the operator when the stud welding equipment is ready and can be operated whereas the red LED display signals the operator that a malfunction has occurred. The stud welding equipment is ideal for mobile use, making the operator’s job easier and also contributes to increasing the quality of welded joints.Another innovation is the patented HZ-1 weld stud, which, Heinz Soyer says, is suitable for all known stud welding processes and can now replace an almost innumerable variety of weld studs available on the market. This welding stud offers a wide range of benefits to the customer such as administrative simplification for construction, engineering, purchasing, logistics and warehousing.
Kleine Abmessung – großer Nutzen.
Als Spezialisten für Befestigungs-und Verbindungstechniken mit mehr als vierzig Jahren Fachkompetenz, zeigt die Heinz Soyer Bolzenschweißtechnik GmbH das innovative Bolzenschweißgerät BMS-9. Ein besonderes Merkmal dieses kleinen, tragbaren und vielseitigen Schweißgerätes ist die dazugehörige Bolzenschweißpistole PS-9, die es dem Bediener durch eine mehrfarbige LED-Anzeige nach dem Ampelprinzip ermöglicht auf einen Blick zu erkennen, wann die Bolzenschweißanlage betriebsbereit ist (grüne LED-Anzeige) und wann eine Störung vorliegt (rote LED-Anzeige). Speziell im mobilen Einsatz stellt dieses Gerät für den Bediener eine enorme Arbeitserleichterung dar und trägt zu einer wesentlichen Qualitätssteigerung der Schweißverbindungen bei. Eine Neuentwicklung ist auch der patentgeschützte Schweißbolzen HZ-1: Dieser Bolzen ist für alle bekannten Bolzenschweißverfahren geeignet und ersetzt allein eine schier unübersehbare Vielzahl an Bolzenvarianten, die auf dem Markt erhältlich ist.
