Save time and money when performing fastener fatigue tests using the magnet driven RUMUL Resonant Fatigue Testing machines! Since 1964 RUMUL has produced resonant fatigue testing machines, the fastest and most economic way to perform fatigue tests. Fatigue tests on fasteners can be performed at high frequencies between 100 and 200 Hz according to all relevant ISO, DIN, ABS, NASM, BS and SPS standards which allows to perform High Cycle Fatigue Tests (HCF) up to 10 million load cycles within less than 1 day. RUMUL resonant fatigue testing systems are maintenance free and the power consumption is only approx. 2 % compared to servo hydraulic testing machines. A wide range of load capacities from 5 kN up to 700 kN is available. In addition to new systems old resonant fatigue testers of RUMUL, AMSLER and SCHENCK can be upgraded by the new digital control unit RUMUL TOPP. At the Fastener Fair 2013 in Stuttgart RUMUL will present in Hall 4, Stall No. A 128 the resonant fatigue tester RUMUL MIKROTRON 20 kN with a fastener fatigue testing application set-up.
