Wagener Metallveredelung GmbH is in the surface treament market for more than 45 years, applying electrolytic and non-electrolytic corrosion protective coatings on fastening elements. The company has installed seven continuous coating lines for coating bulk materials or single parts. Wagener Metallveredelung GmbH serves the fastener market with approved and certified coating processes according to the needs and standards of the industry. Four electroplating coating lines treat fasteners in the form of bulk materials or as single parts up to three meters in length. For more than 5 years Wagener Metallveredelung GmbH has been a licensee of the Dörken MKS Systeme GmbH & Co. KG with a focus on their product line Delta-Protekt®. Two coating lines are installed to apply the Delta-Protekt® zinc flake technology on bulk materials. A new coating line has been installed for coating larger parts up to 1000 mm in length. Here, also sensitive fine threaded fasteners and other parts which cannot be handled as bulk material are being coated. The zinc flake technology offers superior corrosion protection and does not contain heavy metals such as chromium (VI). It is widely used in the automotive, wind energy and other mechanical engineering industries for all kinds of fasteners and other metal parts. Auf zwei Beschichtungsstraßen werden die Delta-Protekt® Zinklamellen Produkte auf Schüttwaren aufgebracht. Eine neue Anlage kann Gestellteile bis zu 1000 mm Länge sowie empfindliche Feingewindeschrauben mit Delta-Protekt® Produkten beschichten. Die Zinklamellen Technologie bietet einen überragenden Korrosionsschutz bei Schichtdicken unter 20 Mikrometern und ist gleichzeitig Chrom(VI)-frei. Die Zinklamellentechnologie ist als Korrosionsschutz für Verbindungselemente und andere metallische Bauteile in der Automobil-, der Windkraftindustrie sowie im Maschinenbau seit langem weit verbreitet. Walter Lumberg GmbH & Co. KG is a privately owned German company which was founded in 1922. We develop, produce and store flat washers and sealing gaskets, as well as stamping parts made from numerous substances and materials, in the highest quality, on a hall floor-area of more than 8,000 m². Our product range is extended through square washers and socket rings in steel, brass and stainless steel. Furthermore, we have significantly enlarged our production program by washers and
stamping parts according to customer-specific drawings and samples, so that, as early as in the development stage, it is possible to offer low-cost alternative proposals in case of new parts. Our customers come from different countries all over the world and from sectors such as the automotive industry, the automobile supply industry, the DIY sector, the sanitary and electrics industry and the sectors involved in fastening technology and green-tech. We offer a high level of supply capability, since we have in stock in our dispatch warehouse the usual DIN and ISO standards in different
materials, hardness classes (HV 100 – 350) and surfaces, especially with Cr-VI-free coatings, such as Geomet, thick-layer passivation, zinc/nickel or zinc/iron.
