Europe’s leading trade fair for the fastener and fixing industry, Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2013, opens its doors from 26 – 28 February 2013 at the Trade Fair Centre in Stuttgart. The show, organised by Mack Brooks Exhibitions, continues its excellent track record. Being fully booked, this year’s exhibition is able to show a further growth of 21% in exhibitor figures and an increase in 30% of exhibition space in comparison to the previous record exhibition. This time, a total of 811 exhibitors from 36 countries are presenting new technical developments as well as conventional systems from all areas of fastener and fixings technology on a net exhibition space of over 16,000m². A total of 8,300 trade visitors attended the previous Fastener Fair Stuttgart.
While Germany remains the most important exhibiting country, the high percentage of international participation at this year’s exhibition reflects the global orientation of the fastener and fixing industry. Three quarters of exhibitors come from outside of Germany, with Italy, Great Britain, Turkey, the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, France and the USA as the most important Western exhibiting countries, after Germany. From Asia, represented exhibitors are mainly from Taiwan, China and India.
Fastener Fair Stuttgart presents new developments from all areas of the fastener and fixing technology. The exhibition comprises industrial fasteners and fixings, construction fixings, assembly and installation systems, fastener manufacturing technology, storage and factory equipment, as well as all associated services. This year’s competition ‘Fastener Technology Innovator’ points out all the stands where visitors can discover and evaluate the latest developments in fastening technology.
Fastener Fair Stuttgart plays a significant role as an international platform for the exchange of expertise and as a source of inspiration for future business trends in the industry sector. At Fastener Fair Stuttgart, distributors, suppliers, specifiers and other industry professionals from all over the world come together to discover the latest technical solutions, make new contacts, do business and build international networks. Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2013 occupies halls 4, 6 and 8 of the trade fair grounds in Stuttgart. The Trade Fair Centre in Stuttgart is conveniently located next to the airport and is also easily accessible by car and train.
The opening times for the event are 26-27 February 2013, from 9am-5pm and 28 February 2013, from 9am-3pm. Entrance tickets on the door cost €30. By pre-registering online through the exhibition website, the ticket price is reduced to €20.

For the first time, Springstec Fair, a new trade exhibition exclusively dedicated to industrial springs and spring technology takes place alongside Fastener Fair Stuttgart. The exhibition covers all types of springs used in industry and manufacturing.
