- Insider News South East – Trifast Snaps Up Malaysian Company
Uckfield-based industrial fastening manufacturer Trifast has bought Power Steel and Electro-plating Works (PSEP) for £15m.
The deal for the Malaysian company was partially funded by an £8m placing at 37 pence per share raised by broker Arden Partners, with the remainder coming from a new bank facility with DBS Bank.
