The total import and export value of Jiaxing’s fastener saw a year-on-year decrease of 7.78% to USD 452 million, of which, the export value dropped by 21.43% to USD 441 million and the import value decline by 27.97% to USD 11 million.Main characteristics of Jiaxing’s fastener export in 1st half of 2013:America, EU, and Russia are the dominant export markets. The export to three markets was USD 242 million, taking up 54.87% of the totals. Among of that, the export to America down 30.93% year-on-year to USD 97 million, the export to EU down 24.29% to USD 79 million, and the export to Russia down 2.16% to 66 million, accounting for 21.90%, 17.97%, and 15.04% of the totals’ respectively.
