KS Instruments Inc and Atotech Limited have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which MKS will acquire Atotech. The equity value of the transaction is US$5.1 billion and the enterprise value of the transaction is approximately US$6.5 billion (€5.48 billion).(…)
