Norma Group, an international market and technology leader for engineered joining technology, has acquired the remaining 15% of shares in Chien Jin Plastic, Malaysia, according to a statement.German-based Norma gained 100% of shares in Chien Jin Plastic, a manufacturer of thermoplastic joining systems, on the 7 February 2014.
