PEM® self-clinching studs designed with large-diameter heads provide particularly robust solutions for heavy-duty attachment applications. The enlarged, non-flush stud head distributes axial tightening force over a large area. The result is improved pull through performance, reduced compressive stress on the panel, and development of full thread strength.
